Our team all works together and make the best of our day as well as any and every customer

I love my team I work with .....there are guide lines set so as long as you do your job and obey the rules it's a great job to have!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They company wants to work you full time but only hire you for part time so they do not have to give you the benefits that they offer!but if you are a full timer it's great benefits!!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting the faculty,there are servial processes you have to go threw before you get the actual interview but meeting the head people in charge that you don't see on the day to day baices made me feel important!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I deliver parts for other company's so I am in and out of the actual work building all day,but when I arrive I am greeted n smiled at and spoken to just as well as if I'm heading back out!
