The people. The customers. The challenge of helping people figure out the right parts.
What makes you most happy at work?
Selling stuff. The more parts I push out the door the more people have jobs from the mechanics to the drivers to my other teammates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a commercial parts pro and have a whole lot of responsibilities on top of serving numerous commercial accounts (national & local accounts ) I double as a retail because we're understaffed.
