I worked at one store and was made to feel like a horrible worker when you work really hard to prove yourself but nothin seems to be good enough
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I was hired I was told that I was starting out at $10.48 an hour but I got hired at $10.00 an hour. I have worked very hard for this company and i dont feel appreciated at all.
