Employees are not valued at this organization. Pay is ridiculously low, particularly at the part time level. "Our people are most important part". Yep, cheap and interchangeable

I cannot think of any positive things to say.

If the company paid more, the company could attract employees that are more than just counter jockeys.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employees are, for the most part, clueless about cars. The company needs to hire people who do, and pay them appropriately.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hold 9 ASE certifications, (A1 though A8 [Master Technician] and L1[Advanced Engine Performance Specialist] and was only paid 22 cents over the state minimum. The local Taco Bell is running ads for people starting $1.83/hr more than I was making after 2 years.
