
Actually showing concern for employees, not corporate profit margins.
I cannot think of any positive things to say.
If the company paid more, the company could attract employees that are more than just counter jockeys.
Employees are, for the most part, clueless about cars. The company needs to hire people who do, and pay them appropriately.
I hold 9 ASE certifications, (A1 though A8 [Master Technician] and L1[Advanced Engine Performance Specialist] and was only paid 22 cents over the state minimum. The local Taco Bell is running ads for people starting $1.83/hr more than I was making after 2 years.
