I have been with the company for over 6 years. I started as a delivery driver and am now an assistant manager for the same store i started with. It is with great honor to work for this company. They have been there to support me and help grow with the company. It is a great place to work!

fast and simple. wasnt difficult at all.

We get along and work well together. We are a team and are always there to help each other out.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people i work with and the regular customers that come in. Its nice to know them on a first name basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
its fast paced but we are one of the highest earning stores around. We are short 6 employees, but still manage to meet our targets most days.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We work well together. They are there to listen and take your opinion to heart. They really honestly care about you as a person, and not just a number.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have heard that other auto parts stores are paying their employees more than what we get paid. I believe that this should be taken into consideration and adjustments should be made accordingly.
