What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Learn to listen to employees. Have knowledge of the machinery on the floor - don't stare at me blankly when I explain to you what's wrong with the machine, or worse, need me to tell you where the machine I'm talking about is because you have no idea what machine I'm even talking about.
