Alkami is diligent and dogged about keeping their culture alive and well in this hybrid work environment. Each department has their own micro culture that also feels unique.

They are new so it's a fresh set of eyes and with that fresh set of eyes we have fresh perspective that is communicated open and honestly with the company.
