They are so smart and love to help and share their knowledge. It's a plus that they are so understanding and willing to help.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really appreciate the Alkami "Be Well" program, it has allowed me to grow individually outside of work, which helps me develop in the workplace as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like I am accomplishing something different everyday. Whether I am learning something new or I am contributing towards a successful project, I always feel very fulfilled.
