I like it here, Im here for the long haul because I believe in the direction of the company and I think we can be the best and I really want to be a part of that.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
We felt closer when we were smaller and it felt like the company cared more about us as individuals. Understandable with growth but still feels a little like being forgotten for previous accomplishments and contributions. It has a feeling of What Have You Done For Me Lately.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
ESPP and yearly KEIP ditributions
What makes you most happy at work?
My ability to help the customer and my peers and get some immediate gratification from doing so.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the transparency and I like that we alter direction as the market dictates and we do it timely.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that everyone is willing to help or find you someone who can. It feels like people like helping others.

I like that changes in direction are clearly communicated and buy in seems like something you want to do to make things better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all do different things and have a lot of tenure here at the company so it creates a great environment where everyone can contribute something based on experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels like people always want to help, I never hear the word No when I ask for help, most people go far above and beyond when providing it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like we did what the client ask and we beat expectations on time and quality. If I make a client happy, it gives me joy. If I can help a co worker, it gives me joy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all do different things but have the ability to assist each other when necessary. The fact that we interact with so many teams in the company means we have a good handle on the application and our customer needs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock Grants are really appreciated but I miss Lunch every day and it seems we spend money on trinkets instead of useful items. How many of us do you think will use the Cheese Board? Save the money for something meaningful.
