Experience has been a rollercoaster. At times I feel like I am wasting my career here, other times I feel like I am adding value. Many times it feels like we're still a startup trying to get its first customer no matter what the cost.

We work well together and empathize with each other.

They are transparent and connect with all employees regardless of title.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to accomplish/deliver something that adds value to the organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has the same intention - do whatever it takes to ship great products. Everyone wants to do a good job and be successful
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company has not adjusted salaries in the post-covid world. I see job postings offering more money and asking for less responsibilities. Managers get promoted but also remain individual contributors so it feels like we're doing 2 jobs with a marginal bump in pay.
