There is a lot going on and lots of people moving very fast in a lot of directions. We have some things to fix, but everyone is committed to making our product better every day. I can see my contributions to the organization and that makes me happy as a contributor.

Great company, I feel they really care, but also there is a lot of opportunity for success of this business.

Very good overall, but there are some concerning things. There are some in leadership that are not team driven. Some groups are combative and ego driven between product and engineering. Also there are so many projects going on that it is hard to decide what is most important when you have 20.

KEIP is great, but I think it should be available to all employees

Everyone is "good people". Also there is a fun vibe, you can crack jokes and laugh.

RSU ... I am committed to this business and these help provide for a healthy payback when the business succeeds.

They balance the needs of the business and the employees. They want to do the right thing in almost every case.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
KEIP. I think every employee should get keep after 1 year of service. drop the percentage that high level managers get to pay for it.
