Great experience overall. Leadership is amazing and the culture is strong with lots of growth for the future.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to do a variety of things and working with customers and partners outside of our company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The culture on our team is a genuinely fun one. I look forward to getting together, and our daily interactions. What a great team!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture, while growing rapidly, is very encouraging and positive. I feel comfortable sharing ideas and working outside "the box" to achieve what's before me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the freedom to do what I need to do, without being micromanaged or babysat. With that freedom comes more productivity and satisfaction than would be found without it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The package is a great, holistic package, that includes benefits to address me as a whole person, and my family. From the health insurance, to the investment opportunities and well being resources, I really feel like Alkami cares about me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The relaxed and growing mindset that defines the culture at Alkami is the best thing about our team. Within that culture, we feel free to share, dream, create and inspire one another to achieve better results for our clients and company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture here is one that encourages growth rather than discouraging it. Leaders are open to new ideas and ways of looking at what we do, and they aren't intimidated by strong players who report to them. It's a very encouraging culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Alkami's leadership team is deeply engaged throughout the organization, and makes themselves available to everyone. It's encouraging to see them on Slack, active in on-site meetings, and encouraging with what they share and how. Culture runs deep, and Alkami's culture is a great one.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The mixture of fixed and variable compensation is highly motivating, especially when the variable part is directly tied to not only my own performance but the performance of the company. This mixture helps keep my eye on the company goals and how I contribute to them indirectly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team here is so dynamic, yet personable, that they help keep everyone engaged with them along the way. I feel like I can talk to any of them, and they keep the vision of where we are going right out in front of us through all they do. It truly is inspiring!
