My overall experience has had its ups and downs. In times past, the burnout has been too great but I've learned to set boundaries and appreciate the fact that I'm consistently challenged at work. I learn a ton and there is never a dull moment.

Transparent communication and open to new ideas and ways of doing things.
What makes you most happy at work?
I take pride in being part of the change that this company needs to meet our objectives and raise our stock price.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Folks are genuinely willing to lend a helping hand when called on to do so. That goes for everyone regardless of their role.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with some of the smartest most caring and hardworking people ever. The people are a large reason why I still work here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our bonus structure is quite fair but I do miss free lunches. I wish there was some way to have a monthly stipend or even just Doordash or Grubhub giftcard once per month.
