Alkami is surprisingly good at just about everything you could want out of a company. Not to say they are the best at all things. Just no glaring weaknesses. The best though is the work life balance. I rarely work more than 40 hours, though that may not be true for all teams.

It's the best place I've ever worked. I just hope they keep their compensation up to par with companies in their league.

The work changes, but the points of friction stays the same. You'll enjoy your peers, but step outside that bubble and it becomes tedious pretty quick.

Direct managers seem to really appreciate their direct reports and do what they can to make the job frictionless.

Alkami has grown, and I think it's time to up the salaries for certain groups that do more work than ever.
