The genuineness, authenticity, and transparency.

For me, it's our bonus structure, competitive pay, RSUs, and stock options.

There are no egos on the team and everyone does what it takes to accomplish the projects before us.

The camaraderie, the intent to do whats right, and the small gifts (swag) that we receive every so often.

Bonuses. There are very few companies who provide bonuses. And when the team succeeds, everyone succeeds! I truly feel appreciated.

Hands down the culture. There are no superstars.... Everyone performs for everyone else. This team has candid conversations and people can be themselves.
