Alkami has grown in the past few years. We have the right leadership to bring us to the next level. I feel proud of my team, and the work that we do.

Alkami is a great company to work for. In the past few years, the amount of work on our plates has steadily grown, and adding additional headcount is a difficult thing. Stress is becoming a very real thing at Alkami, and needs to be addressed at some point.

It's the people that makes a difference. It's very busy, and it's hard to recommend people to work here unless they are ready for that. Balancing work and life can be tough. I love my team and boss and believe in the company's future, but I'm concerned about widespread burnout. We need more balance.

Nothing really stands out. It's pretty standard.

Doing work that matters. Knowing what I do helps others makes it all the more meaningful.

Accomplishing something that moves the bar in some positive manner, and seeing/hearing people react positively to it.

Thoughtful, insightful, inspirational. They know what they are doing, are transforming the company, bringing it to the next level.

When I have the opportunity to do good work, and have others listen to my suggestions/advice for how to make good work great.

I like the quality of the people on my team. They have a positive attitude and really want to turn out a great product that gets results.

I like that they are real people. They have vision and lead with authority, but are accessible and take the time to know what is going on in their departments.

We all care about the work we do. It's great to work with people who genuinely care about what they are doing, and the people they are doing it with.

When something I've created or was involved in receives enthusiastic feedback, and when I'm working with people toward a common goal, bouncing ideas off of each other and making the final outcome better.

We really have each other's backs. There's been a lot of added work over the past year, and it wouldn't have been survivable if not for each of us looking out for each other, and helping where needed.

My team is very tight knit and has each other's backs. We've been through the fire together, and ego rarely rears its ugly head. We celebrate each other's wins, and are there for each other when we need someone to vent to.

Unlimited time off. Granted, it's very busy here so it can be hard to take full advantage of, but it's there - and if I don't use it as much as I'd like, it's largely because I'm not thinking far enough in advance to plan for it.

The people, and the culture. Unlike most companies I've been at, the culture actually springs from the employee experience and from those who move things forward in a positive manner. We aren't being dictated a wishlist of corporate speak and told that it represents the culture. Our culture is real.
