The collaboration and team discussions prior to implementing a new idea or process. Willingness to work/help on after hour projects and issues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most people appear to stay hopeful and want to be a part of improving application stability and performance, despite leadership's tight constraints on budgets for teams lacking resources (but how long will that last)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They appear to be genuinely interested in the concerns of those of us in the trenches. The small group meetings were good but more impressive were some of the action items that were implemented soon after
