The company has a lot of positives. Product that is in demand. A track record of success. Where my experience may fall short is on communication and planning. Often I feel like we react in my role. Discussions and decisions seem to trickle down and cause ripples that make success difficult.
What makes you most happy at work?
Assisting my employees in achieving their goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Caring and knowledgable. I feel as if I've grown professionally from my interactions with the people around me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Annual raise was not consistent with change in living in addition goals keep increasing but my OTE was pretty much the same.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our department is very focused on celebrating the success of others while supporting those that may be experiencing the up's and downs of sales.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The LT is always looking at the business and trying to identify future trends. This gives me hope that the company is strong and has staying power.
