Having a career at such a fast growing company and my immediate co workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company would guide us on how to ask for raises as it is intimidating to sometimes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
VERY knowledgeable and always willing to help. But only immediate team. Not like that in ALL departments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very employee oriented. Worried sometimes it is too much. Just want to make sure funds allocated to employee bonuses are not taken to fund employee activities such as WW too much?
