I really enjoy the exciting and different work that we get to complete each day. I genuinely enjoy coming to work every day because of the people I get to interact with. I also truly appreciate the work/life balance Alkami and my management team provides.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The amount of work that is required can be overwhelming at times. Since I began the amount of responsibility has exponentially grown and the need for tasks to be completed have become almost immediate which can be difficult and stressful. Overall, it is fine but can but very stressful most days.

I really enjoy Collaborating with my coworkers.

The Implementation Specialist team works really well to support each other in every aspect of the project when issues or questions arise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though our team specifically has taken on significant amount of tasks and responsibilities without counter balancing the work load.

Our Teams willingness to assist in any matter they can and to do it with passion as if the issue is their own.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most teams are willing to assist in any way possible when projects have an issue. Additionally, the ability to have a work/life balance is outstanding.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As far as my leadership team, I cant say enough about how they handle our requests and need with compassion and understanding. Regarding the Executive Leadership team, I appreciate their transparency on all matters Alkami.
