I have been with Alkami/ACH Alert for 5 years now and I've really grown in the time that I've been here. I've gained new skills and industry knowledge, and feel like an important part of my team.

They communicate with us often.

Stock options, 401(k), and KEIP.

Learning new things and being able to help others.

The way they make sure everyone feels appreciated and supported.

I like how they keep everyone informed of our direction and goals and touch base with us frequently about how it is going.

We are all committed to producing the best products for our customers. We all pitch in to help each other and solve problems when they arise.

I love how much Alkamists care about each other, their community and the world. I love that we get to have fun together as well as get things done.

We all support each other and pitch in to help our team as a whole achieve their objectives. The members of my team are knowledgeable, diligent and all-around great human beings.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving a problem, or figuring out something that I didn't understand at first. I like solving puzzles, so sometimes things I am able to learn and accomplish feel like solving a puzzle.
