Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I certainly understand that quotas will always go up. My only concern is that the market is shrinking (that isn't debatable) and territories get smaller. I do question whether it is "fair"
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The empathetic approach to outside issues is readily apparent. For example, Alex taking the time to talk about Uvalde was very unique. Secondly, their ability to get their hands dirty and involved on the sales side is noticed. I mean that across the board.
