Even in a short amount of time, coming to work here has felt like coming to a home I didn't know I was looking for. It's mentally and emotionally freeing to be in a place where lifting one another up is the norm.

Hands down, best company I've worked for.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I'm given the flexibility to work remotely (from my home, from the road) and manage my own time without someone micromanaging each task I'm doing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone cares about one another and supports one another, whether that's in activities we do outside of work or when we need assistance to get some things done at work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to lend a hand and jump in to help one another without any begrudging comments. Everyone also celebrates the accomplishments of others. We work together, we play together, we succeed together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we care. About the product we produce, about the customers we are serving, about the teams we are working with, about the communities we're in. It's not just done for press releases and brownie points; it's all genuine.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the unlimited PTO. I don't feel like I have to save days for later in the year "just in case" I need them; I can take the time away as needed to stay connected with family and my health.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have yet to meet someone, whether a peer or member of the SLT or the founder, who is not approachable and kind. When I started, I said everyone in the company feels like a friend I am waiting to meet. It's been true for everyone I've met so far.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the transparency with which they run the company. If there is something they are able to share with the rest of the team about our goals or strategy or direction we're headed, they will share that intent so we can all know what we are trying to achieve. We are given the big picture.

I love the transparency when it comes to goals and the strategy to reach those goals. It's not just a bunch of random numbers we're expected to hit without any insight into the vision of how they fit in. The transparency into who they are as people also makes us feel like more of a team, a "we".
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the freedom of unlimited time off. In the past, having a set amount of time, however generous, meant I would hoard days "just in case" until the end of the year and not allow myself time to breath earlier in the year. It's a simple thing, but the unlimited time lets me take care of myself.
