I just started in November, but so far it's been a very positive experience.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It's been very positive. I had a very fast moving first year with Alkami and accomplished a lot as a new PM. I feel encouraged by my managers and teammates and look forward to what's to come.

I'm still fairly new to the company, so just the idea of learning something new every day makes me happy.

They seem approachable, honest, and open. Coming from a company where I had lost trust in leadership and upper management, it's refreshing to work for a company that actually cares.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The extra compensation for work from home and fair pay to start with! I also completed my first year with Alkami and I did not expect bonuses or even an increase. I was pleasantly surprised to receive both along with positive feedback and encouragement of what's to come in the future.
