The open communication across the organization. The level of involvement has been a tremendous support for our teams and clients
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How well teams work together and for some departments, the collaboration to find ways to work with each other and improve those relationships
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I became Lead, I expected to be compensated more for the level of work required for my job. I don't believe my work in undervalued (just the opposite) as leadership has been a support when working long, stressful days. I feel my pay is lower than my role responsibilities demand for core custom
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I manage are exceptional people. We support each other when a teammate is sick or on PTO, they jump in without being asked. We joke, make sure each other is taken care of & just enjoy working with each other. I lead my team by example & I'm proud of the team I've built
