While the people and the culture here are still the reason I'm here and continue to serve our clients the way I do, it feels like we're having an identity crisis as a company for some reason. Some of this may be growth, but it's coming across as instability and "every man for themselves".

The people here genuinely care about one another, and everyone is doing their best to help one another.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I don't know if an "improvement" is needed per say. I believe there are just differences in opinion and priorities.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like I'm actually doing work that makes a difference and letting people I interact with feel seen, heard, cared for, and acknowledged.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people who view others as people and not just a number. Also, those that foster a culture of work-life balance and encourage those who report to them to not work evenings and weekends unless absolutely necessary.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everyone is burnt out and exhausted and there are no possibilities of staff add that are needed. It feels like the customer doesn't really feel like our north star when their teams are completely over capacity and over-extended.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
While there are some leaders that probably don't know or care to know about the individual contributors, there are some leaders that are actually invested in and sincerely care for the people that report to them. This emotional intelligence is a positive attribute from my perspective.
