I'm here just over a year and in roughly the 30th year in the workforce and I love it here! I've worked for many companies both big and small and Alkami is the best hands down.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love my job and working with some really smart, passionate people every single day. I want to do my best each day to help the company succeed. Alkami is diverse and supportive. We have had massive turnover at the top, some layoffs and some hits to morale. It has added some work stress.

Being super productive and working with some amazing coworkers. I love to learn new things every day.

Clear company goals and vision for our future. Lofty goal setting but with a plan to get us there.

My manager trusting me to work independently yet he's always there the second I need anything. My coworkers :)

Super smart and dedicated to the company goals. No politics or back stabbing. Most are available to help on short notice.

Everyone is really just so nice and positive. Even in the toughest times when issues arise the spirit of teamwork is always there. No blame games.

We are a fairly inclusive company which is important. I see a good level of teamwork and not so much of an it's not my job mentality which is amazing.
