I've always heard that the grass is always greener on the other side, but usually when you get there it's brown. Here, the grass is definitely greener and it is getting greener all the time. I can't imagine being anywhere else.

My team. I love the people I work with.

It's all great. It's competitive with the market and encourages employees to invest in the company's goals.

We are a diverse company with many different ways of seeing things, but those differences are celebrated. Working here is not only fulfilling, but it's also fun.

Our executives are open and honest. They clearly state our goals and the direction we are heading. They take the time to listen to all levels of employees for ideas and concerns.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone matters (clients and employees alike), and while doing our business is important, it is not accomplished at the expense of employees or our clients. I'm not sure I have ever worked anywhere where "Do the right thing" is so valued from the top to the bottom.
