Alkami has the potential to be great but they need to acknowledge their long term employees who have put a lot of time into the company. Those employees should be compensated accordingly and have room for advancement. New employees should not be hired making more and at the same or higher titles.

The amount of layoffs, lack of work-life balance, and workload are overshadowing any perks.

The ACH Alert Implementation team members are wonderful and make work enjoyable.

The ACH Alert Implementation team is wonderful. They work hard and put their best effort in everyday no matter how overworked and overlooked we continue to be.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The workload and lack of work life balance is not out weighed by the pay. The lack of job security is also a big downside that adds an unnecessary stress to each day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is lacking. We preach a lot on culture but seem to do a lot more of quiet layoffs where long term team members are let go with no communication. Our culture is overshadowed by a lack of job security.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Specifically, the ACH Alert Positive Pay team is very undervalued and often overlooked for all that they do. This team is small but mighty and outputs more than most of teams much larger in size. This team never hesitates to jump in an help and ALWAYS puts our clients first.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the ACH Alert Implementation team longer than anyone else in the team, not to mention I have trained every single employee including my supervisor on the team. Yet my title is the same as everyone else with no room for advancement and my pay has been lower than most of the team.
