My experience at the company has been excellent. The culture is highly collaborative, the people are genuinely a pleasure to work with, and I've found it very rewarding to build strong relationships with our clients

i only use a portion as my health benefits are under my spouse

Being a part of a great team and recognition for a job well done

Stock Options, 401k. I don't use the Healthcare benefits so i can't speak to those

You are able to express yourself freely, no judgement. Executive team is very accessible to staff and willing to speak to clients

Thoughtful, always willing to help, They listen to feedback, Quick to action, very accessible, you can tell they truly want us to succeed

Teamwork makes the dreamwork, my direct team is great at providing suggestions, answers and help when needed. They make it enjoyable to come to work

One of the best things about my team is how collaborative we are. Everyone is quick to help each other out, and we all work together to find the best solutions

What I love most about our environment is the strong sense of collaboration and mutual support. People are always willing to help each other out, whether it's by offering advice, sharing resources, or just lending an ear.

I'm most happy at work when I get to interact directly with our clients. I really enjoy building those relationships, understanding their needs, and seeing how our work directly helps them achieve their goals. It's incredibly rewarding and keeps me motivated.

What I value most about our executive team is their accessibility and willingness to collaborate. They don't just set a vision from the top; they actively partner with us on projects and are always open to hearing new ideas. Their direct involvement with clients is a huge asset
