Very helpful, collaborative, and supportive, especially as a newer hire.

The medical insurance offered by Alkami is probably one of the best I've encountered.

The community - everyone is always willing to help when needed and is always friendly and welcoming.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A very supportive and inviting environment. Easy to be involved and feel connected even as a remote employee.

I enjoy the monthly / quarterly participation events. We always have the option to receive some sort of gift and to enroll in an activity - and there are always plenty of options!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is excellent at working together to resolve issues and making me feel included as a whole. I am newer to my team, and I never feel like I can't reach out to someone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team does a great job communicating with all Alkamists on a regular basis. Communications are anything from a weekly touchpoint from the VP to information sharing via Slack. I have no issues feeling connected to what is happening at the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel fairly compensated overall. The annual review process is very helpful in terms of laying everything out and providing adequate raises. The health insurance offered is, in my opinion, the best part. I never feel I have to pick and choose what aspects of my health to care for due to coverage.
