Best company I've worked for. I've said that about every new job I've had, but things just seem to get better and better each time. I can 100% say that I've never worked for a company that values employees like Alkami does. I thought I did, but I was wrong. Alkami is in a league by itself.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The way they expression the vision and path forward for Alkami. There's an air of inspiration that all of them possess.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team of coworkers. I enjoy working with them every day. I love the work I do, but being able to do that work with people I genuinely care about, makes work just fly by.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all great people and we get along fantastically. I look forward to interacting and socializing with my team on a daily basis. We just work well together, look out for each other, and just genuinely care for each other. It's amazing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being able to work from home. If I was not able to work from home, I don't know that I would be employed by Alkami. With small children needing school dropoff/pickup, the flexibility to work from home has been a BLESSING for which I am extremely grateful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is encouraged to speak their mind. If you have a problem, bring it up. If you have an out of the box idea, bring it up. Everyone is encouraged and empowered to be their best self and to not feel like you will be shunned for whatever is on your mind.
