My time as an Alkamist has been rewarding and satisfying overall. I'm pleased to be here and have no plans to look elsewhere at this time. I am proud of my accomplishments so far and of the impact they have made. I appreciate and value the relationships I have with my colleagues across many teams.

I appreciate that bonus calculations are fair, taking into account multiple factors.

I appreciate the leadership team's transparency and approachability. They set realistic goals and ensure everyone knows their part in achieving them.

Almost everyone is friendly and approachable, willing to help if they can. People seem to truly care about being kind. There is a strong sense of working together toward a common goal.

They are approachable and transparent, communicating clearly and regularly. They make an effort to be part of the daily fabric of the company rather than existing somewhere above the rest of the employees as many senior leaders often do.

Even while working at a fast pace, and even when circumstances or processes are challenging, everyone maintains a positive energy and a desire to overcome those challenges rather than complain or stew in frustration. There's a lot of trust and respect.

I really like the people I work with. I love that other teams have a positive perspective on the things I work on and the value I and my projects bring. I enjoy contributing here and feel like I'm bringing value.

The compensation package is good but not stellar. It takes care of my needs, and there are a few additional perks that are nice to have. The insurance options are more expensive for what I get than what I've had elsewhere, unfortunately.

Alkami cares about employee well-being. There are times where the "comfortably fast" work pace becomes more uncomfortable, but those are generally balanced well, and these times are generally acknowledged openly by leadership. There are regular efforts at maintaining strong culture and satisfaction.

Everyone is rowing in the same direction. We don't always share the same perspectives, but we all want to get to the same place. High degree of collaboration, consistent effort at reducing silos, very little territorialism, and strong efforts at clear, respectful, transparent communication.

I enjoy the projects I work on, and I feel they make an impact. I appreciate the variety in my work and the people I work with. The general attitude and demeanor of most people at the company is supportive and helpful, which goes a long way in seasons that are busier or more stressful.
