I love being a part of the Alkami family. Even though the environment is generally good, it is also stressful. Many of us feel uncertain of job security these days. The rumor mill is insane at times. Learning the AI skills is taking me a little longer than I hope. The AI goal is a little stressful.

My job has taken many turns since I started at Alkami. I am now becoming more challenged which is exciting to me. Alkami has treated me well until the last year. All the changes within Alkami have caused a lot of uncertainty, which adds stress to my home life.

I like accomplishing my tasks and goals.

They believe in the goals they each need to achieve.

My immediate manager is responsive and looks after my best interests.

Completely my tasks that I know will be helpful to other teams.

They know what they are supposed to do for their team and their objectives.

We all want to achieve the same goals and will work together to make this happen.

Unlimited PTO (though I do not abuse it). In fact, I probably use it a little more.

Employees are acknowledged for their work privately and publicly. It is wonderful to see everyone and their successes.

collaboration and communication. The more I work as a team to more it helps me understand how my goals align with theirs.

Time off. I am responsible about how much time I take off, but I feel better knowing that if something unexpectedly comes up, Alkami is compassionate.

I like how we have blended India and US employees together and recognize each culture. Sometimes I learn something new that is posted in the SLACK channels (such as holidays).

Not stressing about time off if I need to take a day off. I do not abuse the system, but I like to know that this is available when I do need it.

Job growth and retention have been a source of stress over the last year. I love my job, but the work environment feels more negative since I first started. With people coming and going, things feel very unstable at times at Alkami.
