What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The camaraderie with my peers is real and our clients see it every day. We genuinely like each other, and we have fun together. We're all very serious professionals who don't take ourselves too seriously.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Executive leadership at Alkami is candid. They treat us like genuine partners in the success of the company. Transparency is a key aspect of Alkami's culture. I've not experienced that in any other place I've worked.

Our culture of collaboration inside and across teams is second to none. I love that we are all willing to stop and support one another in meaningful ways that help teammates succeed. We live our values.
