Everyone appears to be "bought" in to the goals and mission of the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In my situation, my compensation will represent the hard work I am willing to put in as a sales executive.

They lead by demonstrating the qualities they want the company to represent. Or as the cliche' says, they walk the talk.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works together and helps one another. I have not been at the company that long and everyone has been willing to take time to help when asked.
