This is the longest I have stayed with any company, and I do not want to leave, and I am grateful for my job. Management has made some unfortunate decisions regarding my career across the years, including this year. Overall, I have been successful with our clients, but I do struggle to advance.

We show up to work hard and do it our best to deliver the highest quality of service to our clients
What are some of the best things about your team?
It is just me and my boss on our team, but he makes himself available when I need him and responds quickly in Slack. He is an open door and a safe space.
What makes you most happy at work?
Delivering positive results and outcomes for our clients. When I am given a chance to assist with strategic initiatives and drive change in the organization. When I fee like my management believes in me and supports me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I still feel like I can make a difference, not so much internally anymore, but primarily for our clients. Working around the red tape is a challenge, dealing with hostile coworkers is demoralizing, but I love delivering positive results to our clients despite our internal deficiencies.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Teamwork. Remove the "Us vs. Them" mentality. Stop being our own enemy. Escalations are questioned beyond a simple "business justification".. Coworkers are lectured/ scolded, for pushing to get work done. We spend more time lecturing each other on process than we do completing the work.
