Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Alkami seems to know what we need to do to continue to be prevalent in the market. What features need to be created etc. However, Alkami is trapped under mountains of technical debt that substantially hinder engineering's capable velocity. It creates challenges in how to prioritize work.

When priorities are aligned and set and allow for focus. This creates consistency and better velocity for the teams, and I am able to deflect distractions better as the org-wide alignment can be referenced

The leadership team is data driven, and lead with empathy. They understand the value of investing in their people. I also like the industrty expertise they bring and the understanding that modernization is as important as feature development
