At the beginning when I had mentors, the job was great. As people left, new managers were hired, and ridiculous initiatives started, like attempting to work with offshore while not giving them sufficient access, job quality has declined.

For the most part, Alkamists are extremely professional and collaborative.

More initiative and courage would be a welcome change. Many of my coworkers have what feels like learned helplessness.
