Once in a lifetime opportunity! I am looking to grow within Alkami and retire from Alkami. I feel like it is my forever home!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we just don't say we have a great culture, everyone of us live it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly care and they're transparent with all things. I love their energy and vision, it is motivating!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're there for each other no matter the situation. We're more like a family then a team. They're intelligent and we all learn from each other. Our manager is AMAZING!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're human, they lead with purpose, their message and expectations are delivered across the board to everyone within the company, there is no disconnect. And a team that is ALIGNED on PURPOSE is simply unstoppable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That in fact we are not a team but more so like a family. We all help each other and always have each others back. No matter how busy our days get we always find time to help each other out.
What makes you most happy at work?
I believe in what we're doing. As someone who spent 11-years in the banking world prior to joining the technology side of the house I truly believe what we're doing matters and will make a difference in not only the FI's world but in the end users world too!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary and PTO. It allows us to give everything we have at work because the salary they provide us is best in industry and allows us to live a good life, while the unlimited PTO allows for us to still have family time and spend time with out love ones. True work/life balance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we are more like a family. Everyone shows up and give it their best. Everyone steps in to assist and help each other. It is a complete judgement free zone. I am not afraid to ask the questions I don't know. It fosters an environment that lets us continue to learn and grow.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That they just don't promote the culture they actually live it. It starts from the CEO Alex and the founder Stephon and goes all the way down to the newest hire in the company. We do great things by doing things the right way and by always putting our clients and employees first.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very knowledgable and transparent and easy to reach. They make it a point to spend time with the entire company. They live, eat, sleep, and breathe our culture and it is easy to witness that. They lead by example. I have never worked for a company that has leaders like this ever before in my career.
What makes you most happy at work?
Coming from many years of working in the financial industry and directly in the banks that we serve, I can first hand say that we are truly doing something amazing here. I feel like I am helping out to a much greater good than one single person can do. We are on the cusps of something amazing!

We do good by doing well. We do not just say we have a great culture we show it with every single interaction. Everybody says they have a great culture but no one lives it like we do here at Alkami! Best in class and by far the best company I have ever worked for in my life!
