Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love how Alkami treats the clients, focus on innovation and always trying to make the employees feel belong. I think Alkami overall is a great company to work for. I'm less thrilled about the gcc management taking over night ops because I feel disconnected from my new manager who works from India.

Clear goal for Alkami. Really care about the future of the company and the stakeholders. Understand the clients we are serving.

Raise based on merit is on point. Top Performance Unlimited PTO is super valuable. Clear goal and structure of the company is a plus.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the most positive is the value of the company. We serve small banks and credit unions. The amount of focus we give to our clients is amicable and I appreciate that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We got 3% raise at the beginning of 2026 and was told by management that everyone got 3% raise. But there was evidence showing the manager who said that got 10%-ish raise himself.
