It started out great. I loved working here and bragged about the company. After surprise layoffs in 2 separate departments over 2 years though, and cost cutting techniques occurring, all after new management came in, I dread the day I come in to work to find I have been laid off despite my hard work

What are some of the best things about your team?
The teamwork and camaraderie are great and the team makes each other feel comfortable
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is micromanaging and non-appreciative. Additionally, they are not present in any team level meetings
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
During the compensation talks and total value statement, the percentage I received was the lowest I had received, yet this year's work is the hardest work I have put as a part of this company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to recognize how they are treating workers and recognize the work we are doing. Many workers are not being recognized for a job well done, and job security feels non-existent. It seems as though positions are going to be moved off shore entirely by a certain date.
