I think the quarterly commissions are very fair and set up well.

Reiterating my previous comment, everyone is always willing to jump in and help resolve client questions/issues and push one another to be the best we can be in our role.

There's one goal for the company and everyone is striving to achieve it. In that pursuit, everyone is very kind and willing to help or step in, in anyway that's needed.

Everyone I've worked with at Alkami really enjoys their job and being at the company. It's refreshing to see in this large of an organization and makes working here that much more special.

The leadership team is very transparent and clear in the objectives of the company. Specifically, it's very clear to us as Alkamists what the overall goal is and how we get there based off what we can provide in our role.
