The company has committed to working remote and being flexible with family schedules. The company is very diverse.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy when I can do the work I need to do without distractions or superfluous meetings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has laid out specific goals, objectives, and values for the company which make it easy to be aligned with them. They also are open to feedback and provide plenty of opportunities for that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is very fair and on par with the industry (as far as I can tell). The restricted stock units are a great extra compensation and having a Roth 401k option is a great bonus as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very willing to work together on issues, not throw each other under the bus. Our manager pushes the team to do the right things and to stick to principles that helps make decisions. Everyone gets along but also wants each other to do their best.
