It's been cool. There's not a whole lot of room for growth, but I've tried to learn and grow where I can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think we hire good people!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our team is lacking support and, honestly, respect from the rest of the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not making the team feel like we're on an island. This is not for direct leadership but rather executive leadership.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work we do is a pretty hefty lift, and I know some of our other counterparts get compensated more with maybe slightly less output. Furthermore, I don't believe our team gets the recognition we deserve for the ARR/MRR that is produced.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is amazing! All the hours and hard work this team puts in are unmatched. I've never been a part of a team that works harder. They are so willing to jump in and help, teach, coach - whatever is needed to get the job!
