Joining Alkami has been a positive experience for me. The company culture is great, and I really respect the leadership team and the overall company vision. It's exciting to see so many initiatives underway to tackle long-standing issues. However, I believe a greater focus on execution strategy.

Strong technical background, excellent collaboration, helping others and getting along with other team members, genuinely trying to solve some of the complex problems with in Alkami
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is not in par with similar companies in the industry. It could have been better. It is very important to retain the top talent. Hiring and grooming a new candidate is more costlier than retaining the existing one.
