We do not spare any expense to stay on the cutting edge. For example, the availability of new AI tools has energized the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401k offer low matching. No career opportunity, even after years of exceeding performance reviews. Dwindling perks, free healthcare now costs money. No catered lunch. RSU is decreasing in value, share price has never gotten back to the IPO level.
