Overall it is positive, however, this is overshadowed by toxic, negative, and hostile members of specific people on various teams (NetEng, SysEng, Infra) which bring down morale, and make team members questiona bout working with them, or at Alkami in general.

Good communication, high trust, high performing, they are reliable and dependable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are supportive of our endeavors and communicate our company goals and objectives clearly.

Working with my team members and accomplishing our goals, completing our projects, and helping the business thrive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base pay is low, insurance is expensive and not as supportive as other places I've worked. 401K match is low.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some people are great to work with; however, they are overshadowed by the negative, toxic environment others create, especially within SRE and the Network Engineering team, where people are overly aggressive and negative almost all the time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Several people at Alkami are difficult to work with, especially on the SRE and Network Engineering teams, including the manager. Some people, such as the manager, are overly aggressive and pushy, creating a toxic work atmosphere and culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and environment are generally positive; however, there are members of other teams (NetEng, SysEng, Infra) who are toxic, consistently negative, and contribute to a hostile work environment. This makes everyone's jobs harder, and makes me rethink working here.
