Its a great company that could be better, but after 4 years, Im not looking elsewhere. I have solid compensation and good perks with a company that has a strong future. I wish it was required to take at least 10 day s off a year, as the people that need it the most tend to take the least.

I like feeling like I accomplished something, especially helping others

Our leadership team genuinely cares about the employees and the clients. No one is "just a number here".
What are some of the best things about your team?
For a company that continues to grow at an exponential rate, we still feel very much like "a family"
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Hands down the stock options and employee stock purchase programs. But, quarterly there are options to participate in cool activities or get legit swag. I'm not talking a branded pen or notebooks. My lululemon bag is a favorite, the charcuterie board always gets kudos at family events.
