Integrate acquisitions and focus on growth and innovation in products, not just growth of the bottom line
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Especially since the stock price is down and the activist investor has been applying pressure, things have been very different in a bad way. Much more micromanagement, much less change management, leadership giving canned superficial answers to questions.

The members of my team and business unit were also part of an acquisition and are smart, good at their jobs, and dedicated to making it work for clients despite the company's inability to integrate or grow this acquisition
